Your safety is our top priority. Before operating any electric scooter purchased from our store, please review and follow these safety recommendations:

  • Required Protective Gear: Riders must always wear a helmet. We also strongly recommend the use of knee pads, elbow pads, and closed-toe shoes while riding.

  • Ride Responsibly: Do not operate the scooter under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your ability to ride safely.

  • Regular Inspections: Before each use, check your scooter for:

    • Loose bolts or parts

    • Low tire pressure

    • Damaged wires or components

    • Battery level and charging status

  • Weather Caution: Avoid riding in heavy rain, snow, or icy conditions. E-scooters are not designed for extreme weather or off-road use.

  • Supervision: Our electric scooters are intended for use by adults only (18 years and older). Children or minors should not operate these vehicles under any circumstances.

We provide a [12-month] limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the motor, frame, battery, or controller

  • Defective components due to material or assembly faults

❌ Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brakes, grips)

  • Water damage or exposure to elements beyond intended use

  • Damage caused by collisions, improper use, or unauthorized modifications

  • Use of non-original parts or accessories

To file a claim, please contact our support team at with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.
